ABOUT OUR PENS

Each of our purpose built, premium cattery pens includes:

• Walk-in style sleeping quarters
• Fixed shelf in sleeping quarters
• Fixed half-length run shelf in run areas
• Cat steps
• PawSafeTM mesh
• Solid insulated roof
• Heating

Sleeping Quarters are fully enclosed and insulated with access via a secure door. The access door comprises a solid insulated panel with an integrated locking cat flap on the lower part toughened Double Glazing to the upper part. The door is secured with Sash Guards at waist height inside and out and features a ‘step over’ threshold as standard.

A sliding Hit & Miss Ventilator to the rear wall of the Sleeping Quarters regulates airflow into the room. Every sleeping quarters includes a fixed, raised sleeping to shelf to one side that has a wipe-clean surface.

Exercise Runs have solid walls on each side, an insulated roof and a full-height PawSafe MeshTM front. Dividing walls between Exercise Runs (Sneeze Barriers) contain insulated panel on the lower sections and either opaque panel or Toughened Safety Glass to the upper sections.

The Exercise Run access door contains PawSafe MeshTM which is specially manufactured to reduce the risk of injury to animals. The door is secured with Sash Guards at waist height inside and out. Sash Guards can be locked with an optional Sash Guard Lock.

The front of the building is designed to allow cats access to outside fresh air at all times. Additional protection is provided with Storm Shutters.
